Clanwilliam Hills House and Flat offer comfortable accommodation situated within a security Estate on the Clanwilliam Dam. Has a lovely water wise garden.The property offers breathtaking views of the dam and the Cederberg Mountains and is conveniently located within close proximity to the town centre.
The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and comprises 3 double bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms, of which all are fitted with showers handbasin and toilets as well as toilet rolls ,hand-wash and airfreshner
One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, extra depth plus all bedding and towels. The second bedroom has a double bed as well as all bedding and towels. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, also bedding and towels. Two bedrooms have stack doors that open up completely onto a balcony with amazing views over the Clanwilliam Dam.
The open-plan house comprises a kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, dishes for cooking, plus an island with a worktop for preparing meals and a seating area around the island. There is coffee,tea and sugar , scullery has a Samsung fridge, Samsung washing machine, as well as a Samsung dishwasher.
There is a dining area with a table and seating for comfort and a lounge area for relaxation. Other features include a large-screen TV with selected DStv channels and air-conditioners. There is also an inverter that will keep the Wi-Fi (uncapped), lights, and TV on should there be an electricity outage. Magazines to browse through for those who just joy reading.
The accommodation has an inverter installed to assist with the TV and lights during load shedding. The flat also features air conditioning and an enclosed stoep with roller blinds for absolute privacy.
Clanwilliam offers a variety of activities for guests to enjoy, such as mountain biking, fishing, hiking, 4x4 trails, wine tasting, mountain and rock climbing, waterskiing, rooibos tea tours and tasting, enjoyable dining out, Strassberger Vellies shoe factory, a museum that is housed in the old jail depicting the history of Clanwilliam, variety of shops, and supermarkets as well as a shopping mall. Also has tyre repairs if needed as well as a very efficient motor repair shop.
