Description
Claptons 30 is a lovely self-catering unit in the Marina Martinique security complex between Jeffreys Bay and Aston Bay. The unit directly borders the seawater channels that wind through Marina Martinique and is close to safe beaches and lovely restaurants. You can get direct access on foot, via Claptons sea gate, to 2 top restaurants namely Walskipper and Tappas and kilometers of beaches with sand and rocks. There are also nice fishing spots in the area.
The unit sleeps 4. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a separate toilet and an outdoor shower. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a basin and a toilet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed suitable for children. Linen and towels are provided.
The main living area has an open-plan design with an uninterrupted view of the canal and a lounge area with a TV with DStv. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and tea and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen leads to a dining table with seating for 4.
Claptons 30 has a lovely covered patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. Guests can use the 1 kayak to explore the canals, cool off in the communal pool, fish from the porch and canoe.
