The development resembles a "Cape Karoo homestead in the City" on a 4000m2 property. It comprises of: Accommodation units to suite a variety of needs, conference and function facilities for up to 70 people, a lapa/braai area, a large swimming pool and adequate safe parking. Claus Inn is an environmentally friendly establishment that provides home to a large collection of clivias that is open to visitors in spring.
There is a total of 12 guestrooms comprising three room types: 1) Standard guestrooms; 2) Self catering or semi SC rooms and 3) Family rooms. Each having en-suite bathrooms with bath and/or shower, basin and toilet. Rooms are spacious and generally sleep 2 to 4 guests.
The rooms are fully furnished with double or twin beds. Each is equipped with TV, bar fridge, air cooler or heater, coffee/tea tray, study desk and wifi access. The SC rooms have a two-plate stove and microwave. All rooms are non-smoking. We provide for breakfast and dinner at extra cost and prior booking.
Claus Inn contains four function venues that cater for small and medium sized events. The hall and boardroom have air-conditioning. It is equipped with screens, flipcharts and projectors. This is convenient and available for corporate guests at extra cost and prior booking.
