Wonderful experience. House was spectacular. Only thing was Jacuzzi took 4 days to heat and still never got to temperature. The rest was superb! The manager (Dirk) was wonderful and responsive.

We would definitely like to come back one day.

We are truly delighted to learn that you thoroughly enjoyed your experience at our exceptional establishment. However, we regret to acknowledge the inconvenience you encountered with the Jacuzzi not attaining its optimal temperature. Please understand that the adverse weather conditions, characterized by three consecutive days of strong winds and heavy rainfall, necessitated the discontinuation of the heat pump operation. Given the exposed nature of the Jacuzzi to the elements during the winter season, it becomes a challenging task to maintain its desired warmth in the face of plummeting temperatures and cold gusts of wind.
