The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests at a time. Each bedroom is fitted with an extra-length, king-size bed, and there is 1 shared bathroom which has a shower, toilet and basin. This flat also has a separate guest toilet with a basin. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a TV with selected DStv channels, and a breakfast bar where guests can enjoy their meals together. Guests can also use the complimentary Wi-Fi access. There are communal braai facilities available for guests’ use during their stay. Guests are welcome to make use of the lock-up garage.

Use of Pool and Jacuzzi areas between 10:00 and 20:00 only.
Use of braai areas between 12:00 and 22:00 only
No/minimum noise around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi/braai areas at all times
No private parties, events, celebrations or functions are allowed around the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi/braai areas
This is private property, therefore no visitors, friends or any unauthorised persons other than official residing guests checked in are allowed at the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, view deck, braai areas and any other shared/communal space.
