Cloud 59 a beautifully furnished unit located on the owner’s residential property in Welgemoed against the slopes on the Tygerberg Hills. Given its centrality with quick access to the N1 highway it offers a great location to explore the Cape Peninsula.
The unit has its own private access, and contains 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchenette and living area. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed. There is a small bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet.
There is a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities, a small fridge and microwave. There is a Nespresso machine and guests will be provided a few Nespresso capsules, regular coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Additional Nespresso capsules and other snacks and drinks will be available for purchase. The living area is large with an indoor fireplace and 2 couches. There is a 50-inch TV with a TV box that can stream Netflix, YouTube and more. Free Wi-Fi with good signal is available throughout the unit.
With spectacular views, it makes for the perfect setting for a relaxing night in front of a cosy fireplace with a glass of wine from one of the nearby wine farms. There is also a built-in gas braai to make the evening more memorable.
Secure garage parking is available, which is shared with the owners. The private entrance to the unit leads directly from the garage to the unit. The unit is safe and secured with its own alarm that can be armed and disarmed by the guest.
