College House is a modern, spacious and beautiful self-catering home ideal for families and for holiday entertaining, located in St Francis Bay Village. The home is close to shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, the Bay Golf Club, a beach and canals. It is 5 minutes drive from the Links Golf Club.
The home can accommodate up to 8 guests and contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. This room has sliding doors opening to the patio and pool area. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and a breakfast bar with stools. There is a separate scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The scullery opens to the garden, and also has a door leading to the garage which contains a pool table and a dartboard. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains 2 couches and has sliding doors opening to the patio. Off the dining room is an indoor braai room with an L-shaped couch, a built-in braai, a bar, and a TV with a selection of DStv channels. This room also has sliding doors opening to the patio and swimming pool deck. Wi-Fi internet access is available.
Outside, there is an 8-seater dining table and chairs and an umbrella, a swimming pool deck with sun loungers, and a garden with a firepit and seating. Dogs are allowed on request.
