Absolutely breathtaking. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. We didn't spend much time at the Chalet, as our kids participated in the 41st Freda Barnard Swimming Gala. My husband, 2 kids, and I stayed in the Swarthout Chalet and my parents in the Hadeda. Both Chalets were clean and tidy, beautiful inside and out, and equipped with everything you needed [other than food of course]. I wish we stayed longer to explore the venue a bit more but regrettably had to leave. I would definitely book this venue again for extended family as well. The chalets only have 1 bedroom but with a sleeper couch in the open-plan lounge. The Swarthout is big enough for 4 people but the Hadeda is a smaller chalet, only for 2, max 3 (please do confirm with the owners first). We stayed in the Swarthout as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids, 13 and 6). My 6-year-old would "sleepover" between the 2 chalets (on the sleeper couch in the Hadeda, hence why I said max 3 people). I would definitely recommend Colnera self-catering chalets if you're looking for a scenic and relaxing getaway.
