Colonial Sands 403 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure complex, situated in Margate. The complex is ideally located approximately near to Margate Main Beach.
No parties or loud music is allowed.
This 3rd-floor apartment can accommodate 8 persons (max 6 adults), and consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the second, third, and fourth bedrooms each have 2 single beds. These 3 rooms share the second bathroom, which has also has a shower.
The fully equipped, open-plan kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The adjacent lounge features a ceiling fan, and a TV with OpenView and a DStv connection point. Please remember to bring your own smart card, cables and decoder if you want to watch DStv.
The living area opens onto the balcony, which offers lovely area and sea views. The complex also boasts a communal swimming pool, a braai area, an elevator, and undercover parking for vehicles.
In addition, the complex is within 2 km from the Hibiscus Mall, restaurants, and other facilities in the area.
