On the ground floor, the open-plan layout includes a kitchen, living area, and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The lounge features a wood-burning fireplace and a TV. Guests are required to bring their own non-PVR decoder and smart card for DStv viewing. It leads out to a walled backyard.
