Behr Road Apartment is a unique unit that is semi-attached to the main house which was originally built in 1920 and is located on the mountainside near Kalk Bay harbour.
This stylish unit can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be made into a king bed. Both bedrooms open up onto a patio with a table and chairs. All linen and bath towels are provided.
The main living area features a kitchen equipped with a gas stove (no oven), microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a 4-seater dining table. Leading from the kitchen is a cosy lounge with comfortable seating and a smart TV. Access to Wi-Fi and lights are available throughout the apartment even during load shedding. There is also an alarm and a gas heater.
This apartment has a separate entrance to the main house above and guests' public parking bays are on the street of the cul-de-sac. Kalk Bay Harbour is a 4-minute walk away.
