Once a booking is confirmed, a detailed list of house rules and a pet policy will be shared with guests.
Facilities are used entirely at own risk. The management and owners of Salt Rock Sands accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, or injuries occurring on the premises.
Guests under the age of 21 must be under adult supervision for the duration of their stay.
Strictly no smoking allowed inside the apartment.
Parties and loud music not permitted.
Kindly note a damage deposit is required. It will be refunded within 3 days.
A cleaning service is available on request at an additional fee but does not include a change of linen.
Bath towels are provided but guests must please bring their own beach towels.
A maximum of two small size dogs are welcome in the Coral Dreams unit. The Sea-side Spa welcomes all dog breeds.
The maximum number of guests allowed at Coral Dreams is 2 guests. We do not allow blow-up mattresses for additional guests.
The maximum number of guests allowed at Sea-side Spa is 4 guests. We do not allow blow-up mattresses for additional guests.
An additional cleaning fee of R700 may be charged if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.
