Corgi Park is a modern and luxurious self-catering home that is located in Stanford, in the Western Cape. Perfect for a group of friends or a family looking for comfortable lodging, away from the city's hustle and bustle.
The home comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each room is equipped with a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom that has either a bath and shower, or just a shower with a basin and toilet, two of which have heated towel rails.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a storm, and contains a fridge-freezer and microwave, a gas stove and an electrical oven, as well as a dishwasher and built-in cupboards to store crockery and cutlery, with other appliances included.
The open-plan dining area has a table and seating for 8 persons, with comfortable and neat sofas in the lounge that also includes a TV, and a wood burning fireplace. The lounge area opens onto a deep, spacious patio with 2 day beds, an 8-seater dining table. The house also has a separate study area, with doors that opens up to another patio where guests can take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool.
A double garage with automated doors is available for two vehicles, and Corgi Park has direct access down to the river. The property is also in close proximity to various shops and restaurants, as well as brewery venues.
