Comfy stay, hosts were accommodating and welcoming.

Hosts were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. The cottage is ideally located in a relaxed area of Worcester while still being close to both the CBD and the largest shopping center in town. Would recommend it and would stay there again if I ever were to visit the town.

Had a pleasant stay.

The host was very welcoming and the cottage was very nice and cozy. I will definitely use the place again the next time I am in Worcester.

There was no security code that was communicated to us and at arrival the accommodation was not cleaned and there were used towels en laundry and used cutlery in the sink.

Very unpleasant and totally not what we expected.

Host called me to say they have a double booking, just to WhatsApp me 2 minutes later to say they cancelled. Cottage was not as clean as on pictures. Aircon didn't work and we really struggled with the gate going off-rail. Just a very unpleasant stay and will never recommend anyone to stay there.

Hi Christien, there was a double booking and yes you are correct to say that I did contact you that there was a double booking and minutes later informed you that it has been cancelled and we look forward to expect you.
For the various, numerous guests which has stayed at our lovely cottage, you were the first to have had an issue with the driveway gate, which I assume was not handled correctly or opened too quickly which could have lead to it going of the rail. This could have happened to anyone, so we apologise for this trouble you experienced, I did however correct the gate after you have checked in.
With regards to the aircon unit not working, as murhpy's law, stuff breaks and happen at the least expected moment and we apologise for this.
We can assure you that the place was very clean, sanitised before you checked in, and if you didn't feel that is was clean enough to your opinion then we apolosise for that too. But for all our other guest which has stayed with us, the rating have been very well and they all enjoyed it so we hope to see you in the future again.
