Very good location, but apartment needs a lot of renovations. The apartment is located in a very good location with the beach across the road. In the evening it is very noisy due to the fact that there are 2 restaurants located diagonally under the apartment block. The busy road in front of the apartment also carries a lot of traffic. The apartment itself needs a lot of renovation work as well as cleaning. I also woke up with an awful lot of bite marks all over my body. I suspect there were bugs in the single bed I slept on. Please note that an extra deposit of R1500 is requested on top of the total amount of accommodation. There is also only one toilet roll provided for the duration of the stay for a place to stay for 4 people. The rental agency's people were very friendly.

Visit at Sandbar amazing. Didn't feel safe at all. Two guards stood outside on phones the whole time. There are cars in the street that have gone to the beach. Everyone sits in front of Cozumel and smokes and drinks in the street, walks in front of cars drunk. No, then I'd rather stay at Sandbar. The cups and plates are not the same.

Perfectly located. Was ideally located, you can literally walk across the road and you are at the sea. View breathtaking, saw whales every afternoon. It was really worth it.
