Feel at home right away. It was so nice and enjoyed the sea view. The air conditioning is fantastic and makes the apartment comfortable. Was very nice.

Cozumel is neat and the location is perfect. Cozumel is surely in the best location in Umdloti. The apartment is very accessible and very tidy. The view is perfect. However, there were two bedside lamps that had blown bulbs and the batteries in the remote controls were dead, so it would be good if such things could be checked before you arrive. But these are minimal complaints. Otherwise, it's a nice place to vacation.

Had a nice and comfortable stay, thank you! Cozumel 411 is conveniently located right next to the main beach in Umdloti with a lovely view of the sea. Also good restaurants are conveniently located right next to Cozumel 411. We felt very safe as there are 24 hour guards and all entrances are restricted for the safety of residents. Secure covered parking also close to lift and stairs. Furniture and equipment are a bit outdated and need upgrading please. There is DStv but limited with only a few channels, would have liked to enjoy more channels. Unfortunately it's a bit noisy in front of 411 on the weekends as beachgoers street party right in front of 411 until late at night. There is also no safe for jewels etc. not to lock in. Would also have liked to enjoy braai facilities on the stoep.

Cozumel 411 is a must! Great location, modern, stunning view, safe, clean and well maintained apartment! We had a very nice stay. The apartment itself is modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The view is phenomenal! The most important of course for us, 2 minutes and we were on the beach. There is excellent 24 hour security with 2 guards, at both entrances. The entrances were closed and locked all the time. We enjoyed ourselves, thank you very much, we will definitely book again.

Convenient with the most beautiful views. Very spacious and neat with secure parking and across the swimming beach.
