I was pleasantly surprised, would recommend. I had a nice stay, thank you. However, the owners set off a house alarm every morning before 6am, which screams for a good 2 minutes or more. As well as Saturday night 11.30pm, it was disturbing. They are going to have to pay attention to that.

The accommodation is very neat with everything you need. We had a very comfortable stay at Cozy @ Caley which is well located.

Overnight for sports event with 2 primary school children. For me, who for the first time as a mother with 2 children had to travel alone for sports events, we had a very nice stay/overnight. It is so neat, clean, private, peaceful and you feel safe there. It is everything one needs and I actually wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely want to stay there again in the future and can really recommend it to others.

Good central location, clean, tidy and friendly. Great stay, Paul is a good host. I am not satisfied with how the website handled my booking. No email, WhatsApp or message of how to get there, of the house codes or any detail I needed to get into the yard. This is not acceptable. Paul sent me all the details when I called him when I was already there. Expect better if the website.

Exceeded our expectation. The apartment is perfect and the garden is very neat. We feel more than at home and the apartment gives more than we expect.
