Cosy Corner offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in Pinelands, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth). The free-standing house is located on the owner’s property but guests have access to their own facilities as well as a private entrance.
This unit can accommodate up to 4 adults and 3 children and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, which can be converted into 2 single beds, and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds for children. The bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen in the main area is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and cutlery. The living area is furnished with a TV and sleeper couch suitable for a child. The main lounge offers a smart TV and comfortable couches as well as a dining area. A dishwasher and washing machine are available upon request for longer stays.
The property features an indoor braai, used with permission only for longer stays and a covered patio, with an enclosed garden. The property is situated within close proximity to amenities such as restaurants, shopping malls, and sports facilities. It is located approximately 9 km from the Kragga Kamma Game Reserve. Access to secure remote control parking is available for standard-size vehicles as well as a standard-sized garage. Outdoor braai facilities are also available.
