Boutique price, but by no means a boutique experience. Confirmed our "in-room spa treatments" on arrival, which ended up being 30 minutes late. Poor communication between reception and therapists. Spa beds were particularly unstable, noisy and creaky. Reception staff were slow to answer calls. Power points in the room were not working, this was sorted after two follow up calls. Relaxing retreat. Such a beautiful and peaceful place, staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were beautiful and clean, was a great stay and would definitely go back. The only negative is the restaurant is quite pricey.
