Description
Crocodile Bend Lodge is a 10-sleeper self-catering lodge located on the expansive Mjejane Reserve, a 60-minute drive from Mbombela (Nelspruit)’s Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. Boasting a beautiful view into the Kruger National Park, this lodge is based on the banks of the Crocodile River, where you can witness all the sights and sounds of the bush.
Accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms in the main house and a 1-bedroom flatlet. The two river-facing rooms have a queen-size bed while the two bush facing rooms have 2 3-quarter beds. The one-bedroom flatlet has 2 3-quarter beds, a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Each room in the main house has an en-suite bathroom and outside shower.
Crocodile Bend also offers other amenities like a lounge, dining room, bar, study, and a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster, fridge and microwave. It also boasts an indoor fireplace and outdoor braai, a swimming pool and sunset deck, Wi-Fi, DStv, fans and air-conditioning. Private parking is also available to guests and daily room service with linen and towels is provided.
Daily morning or evening game drives with a knowledgeable ranger are included, who will enhance your experience of the bush. For enthusiastic golfers, Leopard Creek, Malelane and Komatipoort golf courses are a close-by. There is also a restaurant op premises at the main lodge.
