Pandemic and loadshedding's harvest! 2020, the year of Covid and load shedding and the most beautiful flowers! In a difficult world and South Africa's conditions, Daisy Cottage succeeded in welcoming us. The extra light bulbs and heater were a great idea. The information we received every morning regarding the weather and load shedding made our planning infinitely easier. The cottage is cosy, clean and comfortable. Ideal location and Alicia is friendly and helpful. It was perfect!

Very kindly received. Comfortable accommodation. Good parking off the street. Nice big yard that is closed, so if you want to sleep over with children, they can be kept inside. Nice outdoor braai area.

Calm and relaxed. We relaxed and enjoyed the mountains, also visited Lamberts Bay and ate at Isabellas in the harbour.

Pleasant stay. We had a great stay in Daisy Cottage. Lucia was very helpful in giving us information about places to eat and places to see etc.

Beautiful place, central, friendly and prompt service, value for money. We arrived a bit early, but Alicia was immediately helpful and we were able to put our food in the fridge while they were still cleaning. She also gave us ideas about what to see and do in Clanwilliam and the surrounding area and followed this up later with a few messages for more information. We had a great stay and the service was great and the accommodation was wonderful. Everything needed was there, as was the silence, rest and peace we were looking for. For the load shedding there was also a flashlight and rechargeable lamp and the times were also provided to us. It was a good experience and we can definitely recommend it.

Wish I could stay longer. Beautiful, clean and comfortable cottage in a quiet area. The owners was very friendly and we felt at home.

Dit was awesome! We only slept one night in Daisy Cottage on our way back to Cape Town from our 6 day flower tour in Namaqualand. It is a beautiful house full of Cape atmosphere and nostalgia, safe village we walked around in Clanwilliam, beautiful residential area with Cape style new houses. My daughters (13, 15) could practice ballet and modern alone in the drama hall a block away. Alicia is extremely hospitable, even though we couldn't meet in person! There have been many overseas travelers according to the guestbook.
