Heerlik geslaap in skoon, netjiese en ruim kamer. Goeie ervaring. Ons het lekker gebly, stil omgewing, gastehuis word baie netjies in stand gehou, pragtige swembad. Vriendelike personeel. Wat my spesifiek opgeval het, was die voëls in die bome. Maklik bereikbaar vanaf snelweg.

Baie veilig, skoon en vriendelike diens. Ons is hartlik ontvang deur Lerato. Ontbyt was baie lekker. Het baie veilig gevoel. Delberry is om die draai van Monte Casino waar ons wou wees.

Very stressful. It was not a great stay at all. I went to JHB from CT for a wedding. The first night was kind of okay, besides the bedsheet that had spots of blood stains on it. I removed the sheet from the bed and slept without one. I am sure it had been washed (hopefully), but it is not nice to have a sheet with blood stains on it, cleaned or not. During the evening, the power went out. They kept trying to restart it to no avail. It kept tripping, so I went to sleep. The next morning there was still no power, and I needed to get ready for the wedding. The bathroom has no natural light, and you need to have a light on in order to see. I needed to wash and dry my hair, which I was not able to do. Part of the property had power, for some reason it was only the side I was on that did not, so they tried to run an extension cable for me so I could dry my hair. But then I was not able to close my room door, so obviously I was not happy with that. So I actually had to go to a hair salon and spend extra money just to get a wash and blow-dry. Getting back from the hair salon, there was still no power to my side - this was now 12:30. I also could not iron my dress that was creased from being in my travel bag. Getting ready was a bit of an inconvenience too as it was so dark when getting dressed, etc., as I could not get dressed with the curtains open, and there was no power to even put on a light. By the time I had left, which was 14:45, there was still no power. I returned to the property at about 1:30 am to total darkness. Still no power. So I had to make my way upstairs and to my room in total darkness. I just feel that not much was done to rectify the situation. Surely they could have put me in a room that did have power and also maybe supply battery lights for my room so I had some light. I honestly just feel that it was of no concern at all to them as none of the managers even asked me if there was anything they could do - I was just left to my own devices. The only help I received was from one of the workers there, and there really was not much he could do. The power was eventually restored on Sunday morning, which was the day I checked out. I did not enjoy my stay there at all.

I've thoroughly investigated the issue with the linen, and unfortunately, my cleaning staff hasn't come across any blood-stained linen as described. It's essential for us to address any concerns promptly, so I would have appreciated it if you had reached out to me directly during your stay. Regarding the electricity issue, I want to assure you that we did everything within our power to resolve it swiftly. Despite the challenges posed by stage 6 load shedding, we logged a fault with Eskom and worked diligently throughout the day to restore power, which was eventually resolved by 7 pm. We even extended an extension cord to your room to accommodate your needs, and our emergency backup lights and solar lighting were available for your comfort and safety. I regret any inconvenience caused and would have been more than happy to relocate you to another room had we known about your dissatisfaction. Please know that I am always reachable via WhatsApp or phone, and I encourage guests to reach out to me directly for any assistance. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding. Baie goeie ervaring. Ons was vriendelik ontvang, bygestaan met reëling om Uber te reël. Die kamers was skoon en netjies en die koffie en tee in die kamers was so welkom. Die ontbyt die oggend was uit die boeke en die personeel vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ek sal dit beslis aanbeveel vir enige persoon.

Was naby aan alles wat ons van plan was om te doen oor daai naweek. Was lekker naby aan al die aktiwiteite wat ons beplan gehad het en ook meer. Het baie gemaklik gevoel hier en sal definitief weer gaan.

Baie gerieflik met vriendelike personeel en goeie ontbyt vir 'n oornag-gastehuis. Goeie gastehuis vir 'n oornagfasiliteit. Sal weer van hulle gebruik maak.

Nice experience. Based on the price it was good value for money. We did not enjoy the customer services, as they did not cater enough food for the breakfast buffet for all guests. The overall cleanliness was good, clean and tidy. The location and safety were great! Would definitely visit again. The pool was nice too.
