Description
The property is located across the walkway from the Swartkops river, is ideal for boat lovers, fishermen, canoeing or windsurfing. Admire the stunning river view and a magnificent sunset.
The main house on the property can sleep up to 8 persons, and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rooms are furnished with double- or twin single beds which can be converted to a king-size bed on request. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge area. The bathrooms feature a shower or bath. Cosy garden room sleeps 3, available for groups more than 8. The kitchen in the main house is well-equipped and contains all the necessary appliances to cook meals and also features a fully automatic washing machine in the scullery. Other amenities include free WiFi, flat-screen TV in the lounge, DStv now available via streaming.
The open-plan living area has a dining table with seating for 8 people. The lounge leads out onto a covered patio area which has patio furniture, from where guests can admire lovely river views. The patio also contains an undercover braai area for guests to use. There is also a large deck area that is accessible through stacker doors from the lounge. It has a big table and benches for dining outdoors with a beautiful view of the river.
Danny's Haven On The River is located close to all major attractions. It is very close to Scribante Racing track. It is a 15-minute drive from most areas in the city including beaches and shopping malls, 20 minutes to the airport. Only a 7-minute drive from Blue Water Bay beach and a shopping centre. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Cleaning service are available on request with booking at an additional cost.
