House Rules

Be aware that accommodation for children under the age of 12 is granted only on special request.

All kind of pets are accepted in our establishment (not in all guestrooms, but most) and we always balance the number of pets per day or night. We charge a cleaning fee of R 250.00 per pet. Cats and birds we do not charge a cleaning fee for.

Except for 2 of our guest rooms on the first floor, the whole De Bergkant Lodge is wheelchair friendly. There are ramps all over the premises, which allows handicapped guests to enjoy the whole property. The bathrooms are easily accessible with a wheelchair and there are no steps in the bathroom.
