The living area opens up onto a lovely balcony area which has outdoor seating and a built-in braai. There is a staircase that leads to the spacious rooftop patio which has an outdoor dining set and braai facilities. The unit also has Smart TV, WiFi and 2 safe underground parking spots. This unit is wheelchair-friendly.
Guests can make use of the communal facilities in the complex that includes a swimming pool, and braai area.
The complex is located in Hartenbos ATKV Beach Resort with a wide variety of activities.
