I felt that the whole place could do with a bit of a spruce up. Very handy to the airport. Our room smelt of cigarette smoke. The ladies' public toilet could definitely do with a makeover; the inside of the door was filthy. Unable to connect to the WiFi. Very confusing instructions.

Amazing stay at de Charmoy with friendly staff. We booked a weekend stay for my husband's birthday with a group of family and friends, staff was friendly and very accommodating, rooms were neat and tidy, breakfast was included and the food breakfast and lunch were great.
