Not a pleasant experience at all. The host was not there to welcome us. We spent 15 minutes knocking to get into the property. There was no fresh milk for coffee, we had to make do with Cremora. TV channels was limited to SABC with very poor reception. The shower head was shocking and it was difficult to shower. I realised I had booked in the wrong area and there was no option to cancel. Not very accommodating.

You arrived just after 22:00 without advising us that you will be a late check-in. We have a manager, like lots of other establishments, who checks guests in.
