De Rust Farm Cottage @ Fairview Estates is located on the Fairview Estates, situated near Fouriesburg on the border of Free State and Lesotho. The estate consists of working farms with Bonsmara Cattle, Appaloosa Horses and Alpacas. These working farms offer breathtaking scenery and the chance to truly escape from civilisation.
This cottage can accommodate 11 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with 4 single beds. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The adjacent lounge is furnished with comfy couches and a TV with Netflix and has a cosy fireplace. There is also a lovely dining space where guests can enjoy their meals. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
There is a lovely covered entertainment area with seating and a built-in braai. The patio also offers outdoor seating and features a wood-fired hot tub. Furthermore, the lawn is big enough for the kids to run around. Guests have access to the communal pool, which is a cement farm dam fed by fountain water.
