I was looking for an overnight facility for business visit. Although I filled out necessary documentation online, I had to do it again upon arrival. Person at reception was unsure about process. Shower in bathroom is hand shower. It's uncomfortable. I appreciate the gesture of serving me a bacon, eggs and toast breakfast at 6:15am. However, the food was completely cold! The place is impressive but the service is not up to standard for the price I pay.

Hospitality 100%. We had a great two days and we wish we could have book more days. The reception from your team was great and the warmth. It was home away from home. Great service indeed and we had a delicious breakfast served with love. Continue with the great work. Looking forward to doing another booking.
