DK Villas 4 Riverview is a delightful one-bedroomed apartment that is located in a leafy green complex in Hout Bay, Cape Town. This apartment boasts rustic French décor, luxuriously comfortable furnishings, bright and sunny living spaces, and a gorgeous balcony framed by bougainvillea.
This apartment can accommodate 1 or 2 guests and offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a spacious, open-plan kitchen and lounge that flows out onto a gorgeous balcony; a perfect place to enjoy long, lazy, summer evenings or that morning cup of tea or coffee. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed fitted with soft Egyptian cotton linen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with 2 shower heads- one is hand-held, as well as a hairdryer, Egyptian cotton towels, and beach towels.
The fully equipped kitchen contains top-of-the-range SMEG appliances, including an oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer, and a fridge-freezer. There is also a breakfast bar for casual dining and then a stylish, sophisticated yet homey lounge with a plasma flat-screen TV, with full DStv channels; complimentary Wi-Fi Internet is provided as well.
The complex also has a small communal splash pool for those hot summer days, and secure parking for vehicles.
The complex is only a few minutes’ walk to Hout Bay beach, as well as to this hip village’s shops and bus stops. The beautiful and world-famous Chapman’s Peak is less than five minutes’ drive away.
If you don’t feel like cooking, there are numerous restaurants within close proximity too, or you can just pamper yourself at the spa right next door. If it’s nightlife you’re after, there are several bars in Hout Bay or you can drive to Cape Town CBD or around the Atlantic Seaboard.
