Dolphin View is a spectacular double-storey home is set on the cliffs of Herolds Bay within Monate Eco Estate, arguably one of the best-kept secrets in the Garden Route. The home overlooks the waves crashing onto the rugged shoreline directly below. The architecturally designed home invites surrounding fynbos and the ocean into your living space.
Dolphin View can accommodate up to 8 guests and contains 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a cosy kitchen, and 1 lounge area. All 4 bedrooms each contain a double bed. The first and second bathrooms are upstairs and have en-suite bathrooms that each contain a shower. The two downstairs bedrooms share the third bathroom which contains a shower and bath.
The cosy kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen opens to a patio where you can sit and watch stunning sunsets and uninterrupted sea views. Wake up to the calls of seagulls and delight in the vast, uninterrupted ocean views stretching as far as the eye can see.
The Monate Eco Estate is gated with electric fencing and secure 24-hour CCTV.
