Downstream is situated in Oak Lane Estate, Dullstroom, and offers quality accommodation on the waterfront for a family or group of friends. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, activities and attractions.
The house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. Each bedroom is fitted with a double bed, and the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms make use of the separate bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. It also features a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge has comfortable couches as well as a TV with DStv and a DVD player. There is a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.
There are lovely covered and open braai facilities available for guests’ use during their stay.
Guests are afforded secure parking for 2 vehicles on the premises.
There is access to the Dullstroom dam, and fishing permits are included, only for catch and release.
