This unit is equipped with 2 single beds that can be converted to a double bed on request and features a ceiling fan. There is also a TV with various DVDs that guests can watch. The kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, a 2-plate stove, oven, and cutlery. The private bathroom has a shower and towels. This unit shares the use of the braai area with Unit 1, however, extra braai facilities can be provided on request.

-If the bedding and furniture is harmed by food, cool drink, sweets etc. the guests will be responsible for the replacement cost thereof.
-Check-in time is from 14:00 to 20:00. Please ensure that you arrange to check in late if you won't make it by 20:00.
-Check-out time is strictly at 09:00. If guests aren't checked out by 09:00 they will be held accountable for another day's rate.
-Guests should please bring their own towels, coffee, tea, sugar, and milk.
- The water system is connected to the borehole with a filtering system due to Klersdorp's water quality. This means that there is no water available during load shedding.
