Dwarsrivier Country Getaway is located in the heart of Cloete's Mountain Pass, about 13 km from Herbertsdale, accessible via a gravel road.

Accommodation is offered in 2 rondavels and 2 cottages, each uniquely designed in its own way offering the best experience to get back in touch with nature, with over 40 spotted bird species. The cottages have ranging sleeping capacities and have comfortable beds. The bathrooms are fitted with showers, basins, and toilets. Linen and towels are provided. The cottages have kitchens and kitchenettes equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
