Eden is a spacious self-catering unit with a private entrance located on the ground floor of the owner's property in Parklands, ideal for leisure or corporate travellers.

This unit can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed, and the shared bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, washing machine, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge and bar area have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax. For guests' entertainment, a TV and access to free Wi-Fi are available.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private patio with outdoor seating, a swimming pool, braai facilities, and secure parking. The location of this unit is close to shopping malls, restaurants, and the beach. This unit has solar power and is not affected by power outages.
