Eden Dunes 38 is a self-catering apartment located in a 24-hour secure complex, situated in the heart of Shelly Beach in Margate. The complex is across the road from the beach and Shelly Centre Shopping Mall.
This sea-facing first-floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds and a child-only bunk bed. The first bathroom has a toilet and a shower, and the second bathroom has a bath, a toilet, and a washing machine.
The well-equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an electric oven and a gas stove. The adjacent open-plan living area has a 6-seater dining table, couches, and a 55" TV connected to an Open View decoder. The living area leads out onto a balcony, which has a sea view and views of the communal complex areas.
Guests have access to the complex’s communal swimming pool and braai area. Secure parking is available as well.
