Situated on a small holding, Edgewood offers comfortably furnished self-catering cottages 4 km from Harkerville.
Guests have a choice of booking the Lobster Cottage or the larger The Cabin, both of which can accommodate 2 people. The Lobster Cottage is furnished with a queen size bed. The Cabin is furnished with a extra-length king size bed. Each unit is equipped with a washing machine. Each unit has its own private bathroom. There is a comfortable fold-out sleeper couch in Lobster that can accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. The freestanding bath and telescope in The Cabin is very popular.
Each cottage has an open-plan kitchen that is equipped with a gas stove, oven, a microwave, fridge-freezer, as well as cutlery and crockery. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining tables and guests can relax in private lounges or in front of the fireplaces. The living areas open onto wooden decks. Guests have access to Wi-Fi as well as outdoor braai facilities.
Children and pets are generally accepted, but it needs to be arranged.
Edgewood is situated 7 km from the Wolf Sanctuary, 9 km from the Knysna Elephant Park, and 39 km from Birds of Eden and Monkeyland for guests who like to explore.
