Was a bit of a wet road trip after lots of rain but the accommodation was good, with just a hitch or two. We stayed in the Mountain Cottage. My partner and I and his son stayed over. Due to very wet areas we could not go walking in the veld to see the waterfall or rock paintings etc. We were surprised by Helene with a lovely warm bread which we polished before our braai. And the bathroom - a cool idea but slightly impractical- when you shower all your clothes, shoes, other bath goods are wet as the water sprays all over the area - a square or round frame around the top area with a curtain hanging down would help - no problem with anything else in the bathroom except that one's clothing etc. gets wet.
