Exceptionally disappointing service all around. We had to wait almost 3 hours to gain entry as no keys were made available on arrival. Poor feedback from Louise. She lied, she was to fetch keys to us, however, it was in the unit all of the time. Duvet cover had mold spots on it. TV was not functional at all. Overall an exceptionally disappointing stay. Being pensioners, we requested ground floor units, however, we were advised the lifts are right next to the unit but alas it was not the case.

Will definitely never welcome these guests back to stay in any of my units. We take pride in being precise and welcoming and very accommodating to all of our guests. This was the very first time I had to bring a spare set through to the guests as the main set was not at the gate (and we can absolutely guarantee this will never and has never happened). I live just over an hour away, so got straight into my car and dropped them off at the unit. I even turned the lights on for the guests inside the unit and left a box of choccies for them which they never even took. They did ask before booking which floor the unit is on and before they booked I responded by saying it was right on the top floor. I also mentioned that there is a lift that can help them to the top if need be. So they knew well before accepting the booking where the unit was. Linen is all brand new Egyptian cotton but we will definitely have a look at spots if there are any. Everything gets checked properly before each check-in. The TV is fully functional and working. The plug was switched off at the wall. I mean this could have been sorted very quickly if they had even just thought to ask me to help them. The Full DSTV package is available and working. Thanks for booking with us and we sincerely apologize about the keys. We also wish you and your husband well. Kindest Regards
