Elegance at 9 Prince's Grant is a charming holiday apartment based in the heart of Prince’s Grant, one of the best-ranked golf courses which includes access to a pristine stretch of private beach. This idyllic estate has free-roaming Impala as well as Duiker and is surrounded by natural coastal forests.
This beautiful self-catering apartment has a sleeping capacity of 6 guests and comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a lovely open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The main bedroom is located on the upper level and is furnished with a king-size bed. Its sliding doors lead to a large rooftop patio with stunning views of the estate. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Downstairs via the cantilevers wooden stairs, is the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there is also a dishwasher for guests' convenience. It features a centrally located 6-seater dining table with chairs and further extends to the lounge. The lounge is furnished with comfy seating space and a smart TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Guests can also enjoy Netflix and Showmax on their own personal accounts. Fibre is installed.
The lounge leads out to a large balcony that features a Weber braai and outdoor seating space where guests can also enjoy alfresco dining with a luscious view in front. Here, guests can enjoy a lovely sundowner or just relax while reading a book.
Guests have access to a washing machine and dryer in the garage. Safe and secure parking is available on the premises in a large lock-up garage as well as driveway parking in front of the unit.
