Elephant Hide of Knysna Guest Lodge is set on top of the Welbedacht clifftops 3 km from Knysna town; the Lodge overlooks the Knysna Lagoon and the Outeniqua Mountains. Knysna is a town that is a popular destination for both senior citizens and tourists offering plenty of activities which include kayaking, hiking, swimming and fishing. An ideal destination for those who would like to get away from the buzzing city life.
The theme of the Lodge is one based on natural beauty with stone and wood architecture combined to give that comfortable earth feel. The lodge is a family-run business that prides itself on personal service and ensuring an unforgettable experience for all.
Accommodation is offered in beautifully furnished African-themed suites including 1 Executive Suite, 1 Family Suite, 1 Fynbos Suite, 4 Lagoon Suites and 2 Bird’s Eye Suites. The beds are made up of 100-percent percale linen. Each suite features all the comforts you need for barefoot luxury, Wi-Fi internet access, an air-conditioning and heating system, a TV with a selection of channels and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
Guests can relax in the guest lounge, and enjoy breakfast in the breakfast room. Breakfast can be served in your room, by prior arrangement. The Lodge has a swimming pool and deck with awesome views. The Lodge is pet-friendly by arrangement.
Secure parking is available. Additional services include airport shuttles, packed lunches, babysitting and child care, laundry, ironing and dry cleaning service, and office services.
