Nice and cosy and comfortable. Eleven on Sprigg has everything needed for a comfortable rest. The place is clean and tidy and the hosts are friendly and accommodating.

Not what we expected. The guesthouse is not a place to stay over for a couple of days. It's more of a stop-over. Granted we made a mistake when we booked. We couldn't make food in the place, wash dishes, or washing. Just not convenient. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. Though they were very accomodating and friendly whenever we had a request.

Dear Kobus, so sorry you have been disappointed. We strive to keep our clients happy and be accommodated. We do not advertise as a self-catering unit but do have a microwave available in the room. We also do not have a TV as most clients enjoy the lovely Cape Town and only sleepover. At any time, we were available for any needs of our clients. Greetings

Ons adverteer nie as 'n selfsorg-eenheid nie maar het wel 'n mikrogolf in die kamer beskikbaar. Ons het ook nie 'n TV nie aangesien meeste kliënte die lieflike Kaapstad en net oorslaap geniet. Ons was te eniger tyd beskikbaar vir enige behoeftes van ons kliënte. Groete
