Elliot 22 is a spacious self-catering holiday home located in Kenton-on-Sea, situated within walking distance of the river and beach, making it ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
This property can accommodate up to 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed. The fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The remaining 2 bathrooms are fitted with showers. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, 2 fridge-freezers, cutlery, and crockery, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a 10-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is also available.
Through the stacking doors, there is an enclosed patio with a built-in braai overlooking the garden. Guests are provided with secure on-site parking.
