Good Day Mr Rudman On your departure we asked if you enjoyed your stay and you reply was yes you did; I wish you had mentioned to me everything you were so unhappy about in the review and given me the opportunity to explain to you that it wasn't the owners of the guesthouse that you assumed were sitting in the lounge with their friends but guests from the guesthouse who were making use of our guest lounge area and they left the lounge soon after your arrival at 4.00pm. The owners were at work as they are both specialized doctors in their field. Our WiFi was recently damaged by ongoing load shedding in our area which not only damaged our Wi-Fi but computer as well which was the reason why I didn't know you had to receive breakfast because I never received your booking. I called Nightsbridge to advise them of our situation and to close our reservations when they informed me of your reservation and only accommodation was mentioned no breakfast and there was no mention of breakfast on your voucher either. If you had mentioned it the first morning and I would have rectified it immediately so our apologies about that. The majority of our guests enquire on arrival from what time breakfast is served and whether its room service or served in the dining room. Our Wi-Fi service provider had to install a new system because of the damage and our computer is up and running after been repaired and we are now able to receive reservations. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused to yourself. We will be in contact with you with regards to the breakfast not been included with your accommodation that will be rectified. Kind regards

Hi, my stay was really well worth it. Enjoyed it! Relaxed atmosphere indeed. Witbank is a lovely place to get away for a weekend and relax to refresh.
