Description
Estoril 49 Penthouse is a spacious self-catering apartment for up to 6 people in Die Voor Bay, Mossel Bay, and is just 200 m from Diaz Beach and Waterpark.
Located on the sixth floor, the penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, and lounge area. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, and the third contains a double bed. The rooms share the use of the bathrooms, and each bathroom has a bath, a shower, and a toilet.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table. A dishwasher, a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer are also available for guests to use.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, and opens onto a stoep with braai facilities, as well as a Jacuzzi, and overlooks the ocean.
Undercover parking for 2 vehicles is available. Please note, the apartment makes use of pre-paid electricity and 30 units per day is provided; guests need to top-up themselves if needed. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
Mossel Bay offers various activities such as fishing, surfing, sunset cruises, 4x4, mountain biking, hiking and walking trails, skydiving, sandboarding and more. Guests can also visit the Garden Route Casino, the Cape St Blaise Lighthouse, the Bartholomeu Dias Maritime Museum, or shop at the Langeberg Mall.
