Very nice place, neat and clean and everything I needed. I had a wonderful stay. Mariaan and her husband are very hospitable.

The abode is like sunshine on a cold winter's day. It is a very neat, modern and refreshing room with a beautiful view. The hosts are excellent. The hostess drops in regularly to make sure everything is still right and also tells about all the dinner specials at the local restaurants. We had a great stay and will definitely stay there again if we go to Greyton.

Fantastic hostess and gentleman and a beautiful apartment in a scenic village. Mariana and her husband immediately made us feel at home. The apartment was beautifully furnished, clean and tidy. The visit was pleasant. The place is tastefully furnished. It's perfect for a sleepover. There is a coffee/tea station and the hostess made muesli and yogurt available for us. There are no facilities to prepare your own food and the fridge is very small.

I booked in Eudaimonia for me and my daughter who turned 40 to introduce her to the beautiful Greyton. Marianne made an effort in advance with restaurant information and traffic information to make our weekend successful. On arrival we were warmly received by Marianne. Our unit was stocked with delicious fresh fruit, yogurt and milk in the fridge and a variety of teas and coffees to choose from, plus a little present for my daughter's birthday, made by the best chocolatier around. There is so much to experience in Greyton and Genandendal. The Saturday Market is an experience and the friendliness of the exhibitors and people in the town and surrounding area is outstanding. A great experience on a rainy weekend was the Post Office Lodge Hotel where we could sit in front of a cozy log fire and enjoy a drink in this historic place. Highlights are the small shops that one can walk and look through and not feel pressured to buy. The purchase comes naturally. And then I had the privilege of being able to play on the oldest organ with the oldest organ pipes in the little church in Genadendal. Thanks to the "Master of Music". It is definitely worth visiting the small place, seeing the church as well as the museum. Feel free to read about the history of Genadendal. In conclusion, Eudaimonia will not disappoint you.
