Fabre House is a rustic beach house situated on George Road in the heart of Pringle Bay and boasts lovely mountain views. This is an ideal option for a family holiday as it is situated in a quiet and peaceful area and only a short distance from the beach.

This double-storey property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are situated on the upper level and the first 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The 2 bathrooms are fitted with a bath and a shower, respectively. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.

The lower level features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a coffee station. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together. Additionally, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room. Upstairs, there is a cosy lounge with comfy seating, a fireplace and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

The dining area opens up onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai. The lounge area upstairs opens up onto a partially covered balcony with sun loungers which is an ideal spot for a sundowner while admiring the mountain views.

Pringle Bay offers a range of activities for nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and those looking for a relaxing getaway. Activities offered in the area include beaches, hiking trails, seasonal whale watching, bird watching, water sports, wine tasting and local markets. All houses have prepaid meters for electricity and it can be topped up during your stay on your banking app or local supermarket.
