Fairview on First is a comfortably furnished self-catering unit for 6 people in Kleinmond.
The first-floor unit comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third is furnished with 2 single beds. The 2 bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower, and a bath. For convenience, luxurious Egyptian Cotton linen and bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar.
Guests can relax in the lounge which features a TV with an internet connection to access Netflix, Showmax, and Youtube, an indoor braai area, and opens onto a balcony with a dining area and a built-in braai area, enjoying a 180-degree sea view. During winter guests can enjoy the cosy fireplace. A cleaning service is available on request at an additional cost.

Kleinmond offers a wide variety of activities ranging from fishing, walking, hiking, cycling trails, horseback riding to see the wide variety of fynbos, proteas and birds in the area. Guests can also visit attractions such as Hangklip Lighthouse and the Bee and Kie Honey Factory.
