Fairway Corner is a comfortable self-catering holiday home situated in the 24-hour access-controlled Theewaterskloof Golf Estate which is approximately 8 km from Villiersdorp. This is a great option for a large family or a group of friends as this estate has a 9-hole golf course.
This property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms as well as 1 guest toilet. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features a full en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and an en-suite shower, the third bedroom also has 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. Another bath and shower are available in the third bathroom.
The cosy living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to this dining space is a formal lounge with comfortable seating. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Additionally, this home has a second lounge with comfortable seating, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV (guests must bring their own DStv decoder) and a built-in indoor braai which is a great spot for guests to enjoy some quality time together. Outside is a garden with a gazebo and secure parking for guests’ vehicles. The estate is situated on the eastern shore of the Theewaterskloof dam and also has communal tennis courts and a swimming pool, fishing and boating facilities as well as a clubhouse with a bar.
