This Family Holiday Home is a comfortable, easy to enjoy, fully equipped self-catering house located in the quiet residential Scottburgh south area. Scottburgh Mall is approximately a 5 minute walk away and has a Woolworths, Pick ‘n Pay and Food Lovers market as well as a Spur restaurant and various fast food outlets.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a kitchen, laundry, and an open-plan lounge and dining area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has a toilet and washbasin en suite. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. The first bathroom is upstairs and contains a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bathroom, downstairs, contains a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fitted with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and a microwave. The laundry area is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains seating and a flat-screen TV. A weber braai facility is available in the garage.
A cleaning lady lives on the property. Servicing of the house can be arranged directly with her.
